To manufacture large and bulky components in limited hall heights, a customized crane solution with optimized structure and innovative hoist design was implemented. The goal was to achieve maximum lifting height with minimal space requirements – a crucial prerequisite in the production of agricultural machinery and other large-scale industrial equipment.

The system utilized is based on the latest technology of NOVA¹ wire rope hoists combined with the flexible CraneKit system. Its compact design and precisely coordinated crane architecture not only maximize lifting height but also optimize hook path. This results in more usable floor space, significantly simplifying and accelerating assembly processes.

This solution demonstrates how customized crane systems can provide maximum efficiency and safety even in confined spaces – ideal for industries with heavy loads and limited construction volume.
