SWF in numbers
- A total of 65 employees from 12 nations who speak a total of 12 different languages work at our offices in Mannheim and Shanghai.
- Our proportion of women is 38 percent. We are pleased that more and more women are choosing us in the crane construction industry, a classic “men’s industry” – and the trend is rising.
- Age is just a number. On average, we are 46 years old. About half of our employees has been with us for 15 years or more. About a quarter of us are “old hands” at SWF, having been there for 20 years. Young talents complete our team and bring new momentum to us.
- Our partners are just as diverse as we are. We work with over 550 partners in over 68 countries worldwide – some of them for several decades.
