Wire Rope Hoist NOVA – Load Turning of Precast Concrete Elements – 2x20t

In the precast concrete industry, the safe and controlled turning of large concrete elements is a central part of the production process. A double-girder overhead crane with NOVA hoist and a special load-turning trolley has been specifically designed for this application.

The crane system enables the reliable rotation of heavy precast concrete elements directly in the factory, preparing for efficient further processing in the formwork, during demolding, or during transport. The robust and precise technology ensures increased safety, time savings, and optimal process flows in manufacturing.

It is a gantry crane that travels on a continuous rail, which runs both inside the production hall and outdoors. This allows the entire production and storage area to be flexibly covered with just one system.
