Winch CRABster – Manufacturing of Ship Engines – 1x130t

For the manufacturing of ship engines, a powerful CRABster winch is used, which is specifically designed to handle particularly heavy and large-volume components. In this demanding industrial environment, it ensures safe and precise handling of engine parts throughout the entire assembly process.

A motorized hook enables the targeted swiveling of heavy loads—directly at the load pickup point. This allows components to be flexibly aligned and precisely positioned without the need for additional manual intervention. This not only increases efficiency but also enhances safety in the manufacturing process.

The crane solution is optimized for operation in production halls with limited space and provides reliable support for all hoisting and positioning tasks related to ship engines – from pre-assembly to final inspection.
