NOVA² rope – Manufacturing in steel and mechanical engineering – 1×5t

In steel and mechanical engineering production, a NOVA² rope wire rope hoist with a 5 t capacity is used. It handles beams, assemblies, and machine components safely and ensures precise positioning during machining.

Comprehensive redesign of the classic wire rope hoist

NOVA² rope is based on innovative materials, advanced construction and functionally optimized components. Other key topics that have been incorporated into product development deal with user-friendliness, sustainability, digitization and control, as well as service and maintenance.

At the start of the new series, we offer models for load capacities of up to 20 tonnes. Further sizes, load capacities and designs are in preparation and will follow.

New rope angle monitoring

In addition to the proven Crane Intelligence control options, we offer three new rope angle monitoring functions based on continuous sensory rope angle measurement. If predefined limit values are exceeded, these features support the operator fully automatically.

In addition to the steel rope, the new synthetic rope offers additional benefits for the first time, extending and/or improving the operational capabilities of the hoist.
