Wire Rope Hoist NOVA² rope – Training Center – 1×3,2t

This training crane is equipped with a NOVA² rope hoist and is specifically designed for use in a modern training environment. With its synthetic rope and advanced Rope Angle Monitoring features, the system enables practical and safe training in crane operations. The precise control and high repeatability make the crane ideal for training scenarios with varying load situations.

The intelligent rope angle detection helps to identify and compensate for critical tilt angles early on. This allows aspiring operators to learn how to handle sensitive or asymmetrical loads safely under realistic conditions. The synthetic rope offers additional advantages in terms of weight, maintenance effort, and ease of use, especially with frequent load changes.

An integrated safety light provides a clearly visible warning area on the hall floor, thus increasing safety around the crane. This means the training crane not only meets technical requirements but also sets standards in terms of work safety and ergonomics.

Comprehensive redesign of the classic wire rope hoist

NOVA² rope is based on innovative materials, advanced construction and functionally optimized components. Other key topics that have been incorporated into product development deal with user-friendliness, sustainability, digitization and control, as well as service and maintenance.

At the start of the new series, we offer models for load capacities of up to 20 tonnes. Further sizes, load capacities and designs are in preparation and will follow.
