Next-generation electric wire rope hoist – NOVA² rope
The NOVA electric wire rope hoists are highly scalable in terms of performance and function. They provide the performance and control support that give users a future-proof competitive advantage. All sizes of the new electric wire rope hoist NOVA² rope are based on the same basic structure. With  different capacities, lifting heights, speeds, functions and control options, users can scale the hoist individually and precisely.

NOVA² rope innovations:

• New hook block with closed rope guide for finger protection and ergonomic handle
• Two-wheel drive with V-ribbed belts for double tread and optimized traction; Lateral guide rollers for quiet movements
• Central and compact trolley electrics in one housing; Four basic models for easy configuration
• Can be equipped with steel rope or new synthetic load rope
• New rope guide completely encloses the rope drum and contributes to the safety, efficiency and durability of the system
• Three motor variants for every requirement and budget
• Three new intelligent rope angle measurement functions support the user fully automatically
• New framework structure covers the entire performance range with jus a few model and assembly variants. Quick maintenance is also achieved thanks to the minimized fastening elements and good accessibility
• New generation of CAN bus control systems for reliable crane control
• Status query of the hoist from the hall floor via an app as well as guided troubleshooting increase the performance of the entire crane system

NOVA² rope was launched on the market in the summer of 2024. At the launch of the new series, models for loads of up to 10 t are available.

Explosion-proof chain hoist ATHLO chain Ex Zone 22
The explosion-proof electric chain hoist ATHLO chain Ex Zone 22 is designed for loads from 160 kg to 1,000 kg, with other models up to 2,500 kg that will be available in the future. ATHLO chain Ex Zone 22 offers the highest level of safety and complies with the current strict ATEX regulations as well as all necessary European directives and standards. In order to meet the strict explosion protection regulations, significant adjustments have been made. These relate to the following areas:

• Proper sealing under various environmental conditions
• Maximum surface temperature of 120 degrees, overheating not possible
• Exclusion of sparks caused by static electricity or other ignition methods

In addition to these hoists, we will be presenting the belt hoist ATHLO belt and the ProfileMaster PLUS light crane system with chain hoists from the ATHLO chain series at LogiMAT 2025.
