At LogiMAT 2023 we will showcase our electric wire rope hoist NOVA SILVERLINE and the light crane system ProfileMaster plus. The electric chain hoist ATHLO chain and the belt hoist ATHLO belt are another highlights of the exhibit.

Wire rope hoist NOVA Silverline

The electric wire rope hoists from the NOVA SILVERLINE range are designed for loads up to 80 t and feature:

• Rope drum with extra-large diameter for minimal rope wear
• Optimal hoist approach distance
• Ultra-low headroom
• Minimal lateral hook movement
• Minimal load swing through smooth movement with frequency inverters

Light crane system ProfileMaster plus

ProfileMaster plus is designed for loads up to two tons. ProfileMaster PLUS offers a smart set of highly compatible components with aluminum and steel profiles that can be instantly combined with ease. It can also be equipped with our electric chain hoists.

Electric chain hoist ATHLO chain

ATHLO chain support loads up to 5 t. The modern design features a newly constructed interior and all-new mechanical components. ATHLO chain is easy to use and delivers top performance in extreme conditions.

The hoist motor with its new 4:1 gear ratio and redesigned cooling fins provides better cooling in order to extend the service life of the hoist.

The re-designed limit switch, which can also be used as an operating end switch, works flawlessly both in everyday usage and extreme conditions.

The new chain bag ensures that the chain runs quietly and smoothly, thereby preventing an accumulation of the chain.

The compact design and new upper-eye suspension produce an increased lifting height at the same suspension height.

The new brake is designed to handle 1 million cycles or up to a lifetime with the proper handling. It responds instantly when the power is turned off. The slipping clutch has a larger diameter and additional grooves to improve the cooling effect of the gear oil and increase its overall service life.

With the new suspension bracket, a push or motor trolley can be installed using a special safety pin. No further tools are required.

Belt hoist ATHLO belt

ATHLO belt presents its advantages wherever cleanliness and safety are important. It covers a wide load range from 500 to currently 2,000 kg (further loads will follow).

The numerous series features enable reliable and always safe operation. ATHLO belt can also be optimally adapted to individual requirements.

ATHLO belt is designed for the food sector, the chemical/pharmaceutical industry and for all comparable industries.
